If the 51% concern is on Environmental regulations it means is there flaws in these regulation or may be regulations are not so constant across geographies. If Environment is one of the factor in our value than are these regulations harming the business. Or time is asking the business to create a better para meter where these Environmental regulating bodies become follower of the new standard set by business houses through better sustainability.
